By creating an account and using oke25 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oke25.

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. oke25 strictly prohibits minors from accessing our platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of oke25 services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your location, you must not register or use our services.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You affirm that you are registering and gambling of your own free will, without coercion, and that you understand the risks associated with online betting.
Each User is permitted to hold only one account with oke25. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
All Users must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photo of their Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of current residential address, and a selfie holding their ID. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Unverified accounts are subject to deposit limits and withdrawal restrictions.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account security. You must:
oke25 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to be authorized by you.
You must promptly update your account information if your personal details change, including your address, phone number, or email. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.
oke25 accepts deposits through Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are typically processed within 2-5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance. oke25 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed KYC procedures. You may withdraw funds only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your KYC documentation. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 500,000,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are processed on the next business day. oke25 does not charge withdrawal fees.
Funds in your Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
oke25 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your deposited funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in frozen withdrawals or account closure.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at oke25's sole discretion and may be modified or cancelled at any time without prior notice. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and wagering requirements.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 20,000,000 in total wagers before it converts to Real Money Balance. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:
Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and potential account termination.
When playing with an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or hand is Rp 25,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus and associated winnings.
All bets are subject to acceptance by oke25. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if a bet exceeds our risk management limits. In the event of obvious errors in odds or betting lines, oke25 reserves the right to void affected bets.
For football betting and other sports wagering, the following rules apply:

Disconnections during gameplay do not void bets—the result is recorded on our servers and your balance is updated accordingly.
You must play all games fairly and in good faith. Use of bots, automated betting software, collusion with other players, or exploitation of technical glitches is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and confiscation of all funds.

Many games on oke25 are provided by third-party developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. oke25 is not responsible for game malfunctions, errors, or disputes arising from third-party software. Such disputes must be resolved directly with the game provider.
oke25 shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, government actions, wars, strikes, or banking system failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oke25's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. oke25 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any losses you incur through use of our services. You gamble at your own risk and discretion.

oke25's decision on any dispute is final and binding. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all matters relating to gameplay, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account status.
oke25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited.
If your account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, oke25 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your account, including deposits and winnings. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach, your Real Money Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees.
All content on the oke25 platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of oke25 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
The oke25 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
By using oke25 services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of arbitration for resolution of any disputes. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
